Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the db444 platform — whether on a mobile device, tablet, or desktop browser — you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. This agreement takes effect immediately upon your first use of the site.

These terms apply to all users globally, including players based in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and all other regions of Bangladesh. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

Eligibility Requirements

To create and maintain an account at db444, users must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum age requirement. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or play under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration. Submitting false details is grounds for immediate account closure.
• You must not already hold an existing db444 account. Only one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from db444 or any affiliated gambling platform. If you have voluntarily excluded yourself, you are not eligible to re-register until the exclusion period expires.

Account Registration & Verification

All new players must complete the registration form accurately and submit any identity verification documents requested by db444 as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to complete KYC may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. db444 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

• Provide a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh for two-factor authentication and transaction notifications.
• Submit a valid government-issued photo ID (NID, passport, or driving licence) when requested. Documents must be clearly legible and unaltered.
• Account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed, regardless of the amount.

Deposits & Withdrawals

db444 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the timeof transaction.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 to 72 hours on business days. db444 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal exceeding ৳50,000. Withdrawals are credited only to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• db444 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals on our end; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Any funds deposited through fraudulent means, stolen accounts, or unauthorized payment instruments will be immediately frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

Bonuses & Promotions

db444 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, and promotional rewards to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover multiplier and qualifying games for each promotion are stated in the individual offer terms.

db444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such action is taken in good faith and does not disadvantage players who have already fulfilled the applicable wagering requirements.

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and can be claimed once per account, per household, and per device.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for a limited time only. Unused free spins expire after the stated validity period, typically 7 days from issue.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly — will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and permanent account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db444 platform. Any player found engaging in these activities will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players or staff members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means and attempting to withdraw them as clean funds.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward other players, agents, or customer support staff through any communication channel.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, db444 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. db444 shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

In no event shall db444's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount you deposited into your db444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Modifications to Terms

db444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account, or through a prominent notice on the platform's homepage. Continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms & Conditions periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

Account Suspension & Termination

db444 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if the account holder is found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or posing a risk to the integrity of the platform. Upon termination, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, provided no fraud or policy violations are identified during the review process.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to db444's operational jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team will be referred to binding arbitration. db444 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will provide a written response to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.
